Access your tickets
After purchasing a ticket through Eventix, you can access your tickets from your Eventix account.
Using your Eventix account
Log in to Eventix and open the My Tickets section. Your available tickets and order information will be displayed there.
Your ticket information
Depending on the event, your ticket may contain information such as the event name, date, venue, ticket type and QR code.
At the event
When you arrive at the event, follow the organiser's instructions for entry. Your QR code may be scanned at the entrance.
Can't find your ticket?
First check that you are signed in with the account used to purchase the ticket. You should also check the order information associated with your purchase.
